Mae and I will be hosting a small gathering at my home for an afternoon of ceremony and sacred making.
We will begin by sharing Mother Cacao in ceremony, creating space to slow down, listen, and reconnect. Be bathed in sound, breathe deeply to release tension and soften the nervous system, open to your heart, and feel grounded and held by the surrounding redwoods and the Earth beneath you. Throughout the ceremony, you will receive gentle, individual hands-on support.
From there, Mae will guide us in a creative practice of intention and devotion as we each create a nature-based dancing altar—a suspended piece woven from gathered natural treasures and sacred objects that have rested upon our ceremonial altar, carrying the prayers and intentions of our time together.
You'll leave with a beautiful reminder of your prayers and intentions—a living altar that dances with the wind and catches the light, inviting you back into presence each time you see it. May it become a thread connecting you to yourself, to the sacred, and to the community that gathered to create it.
