Scheduling suggestions for new clients and those with acute issues:

• 1 session per week to start for the first 1 - 3 months (2 per week for deeper work)

• Move to 1 session per month after the first 1-3 months.

* Session packages expire after 1 year from purchase date

In each session we may explore one or more of the following modalities:
