We’ll gather at Osa Clandestina, a lush eco-lodge nestled between the jungle and the sea. This sacred land was my home for three years, and it’s an honor to return — and bring you with me. Together, we’ll explore practices that nourish the nervous system, expand the heart, and deepen present-moment awareness.

Over the course of this immersive week, you’ll release what no longer serves you, rediscover your inner strength, and cultivate a deep sense of well-being. With practices grounded in trauma-informed facilitation, cacao ceremonies, and Easy Breathwork™ with sound journeys, you’ll be supported in opening your heart, regenerating your energy, and embracing a renewed sense of clarity and joy.

This retreat blends ceremony, stillness, and embodiment. Each day offers trauma-informed facilitation, nature connection, nourishing food, movement, and ritual — with space to rest, receive, adventure, and reconnect.

Location & Lodging

You’ll be staying in beautiful, air-conditioned bungalows or open air and non-AC tower suites — just steps from the ocean, mango trees, and jungle paths. Each room includes a private terrace and hammock, hot shower, wifi, and full immersion in nature’s embrace.

Retreat is capped at 10 guests to ensure depth, intimacy, and personal attention.
