The forest ions, the moisture, the warmth, the sweet waters, the sheer aliveness of the land activates something in the people who come here. Intuition sharpens. Creative gifts open. The circadian rhythm automates to the clock of nature. The body remembers what it's capable of. You start to feel like a fuller, truer version of yourself — and it shows on your face.

This retreat is built around that activation. It’s not designed to quiet you down, it’s designed to fill you back up.

Through somatic practice, cacao ceremony, breathwork, sound, intelligent movement, deep nourishment, celebration, and full immersion in one of Earth's last wild sanctuaries, you will return to your strength, your gifts, your body, and your own deep knowing.

WHERE WE GATHER

Osa Clandestina is a luxury botique eco-lodge nestled between jungle and sea — lush, intimate, and alive in every direction.

This land was Tamara's home for three years. It's where her gifts deepened, where her intuition opened, where she remembered her strength. She brings you here now with reverence and devotion.

Choose from air-conditioned bungalows or open-air tower suites wrapped in jungle canopy — each with a private terrace, a hammock, and nature surrounding you completely.

HOW THE DAYS MOVE

Let your heart lead

Mornings begin slowly and with intention. Movement, breathwork, meditation, writing — somatic practices designed to open the body, strengthen, regulate the nervous system, and bring you fully into presence.

Afternoons are alive. Hiking through jungle to hidden waterfalls. Swimming in the Golfo Dulce. Surfing world-class breaks. Covering your skin in blue clay at spots only locals know. Moving your body through terrain that demands presence — you have to watch where you step, feel the ground, stay awake. The Osa makes you physical. It makes you strong, while simultaneously deeply relaxing. We are on jungle time.

Evenings go deep. Cacao ceremonies. Breathwork and sound journeys. Ritual. Integration. Space to receive what the day opened in you.

Our bodies quickly adapt to jungle time. After the first night most people find themselves waking with the sunrise and asleep soon after dinner no matter what their rhythm at home was.

By the end, people look different. Hair wild, skin glowing, eyes clear. Standing in themselves differently. That's not an accident — it's what happens when the body is truly nourished and the gifts are given room to breathe.

For those called to go deeper.

On August 23rd, an additional ceremony will be offered, and private 1:1 session with Tamara, as an optional extension night for a small group within the retreat. This is a separate experience, priced and registered independently.
