Join me and Angie Banicki for a luxurious week of heart opening practice while nourishing your body mind and spirit in one of the most pristine places on the planet, in Costa Rica.  I am so excited to be headed back to Osa Clandestina to guide another epic wellness retreat. Join us for 5 days or a full week of deep practice, farm-to-table meals, epic surf and swim, cacao ceremony with Easy Breathwork™, tuning forks, and sound, Regenerative Yoga, pool side hangs.  eat, sleep, and be breathed in this intoxicating setting.

This exclusive retreat (no more than 10 guests) includes expert hands on, trauma-informed facilitation, daily movement and breathwork classes, tarot dinners and divination training and practice with renowned Tarot reader to the stars, Angie Banicki, and all the amenities of a luxury eco-lodge.

You will be staying in either of the 3 modern AC bungalows, or in one of the 2 tower rooms that are for couples who want to share a bed. The rooms are steps to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, jungle paths, mango trees and equipped with hammocks, terraces and hot showers. Be nourished by the warm hug of nature, tropical evening rains, deep restorative daily practices, organic savory farm-to-table meals from the property, and connecting with community. 

THE DETAILS

• Luxuriate in your shared modern style bungalow accommodations At Osa Clandestina, included in the retreat package. 1-2 private rooms avaialbe for singles. Couples/friends may rent entire bungalow.

• Enjoy 3 delicious farm to table meals per day throughout the week, including a welcome dinner on the jungle dining deck. All ingredients are locally sourced and prepared with love.

• Daily movement, breathwork, meditation & divination with Tamara & Angie

• Experience an off-property boat whale & dolphin watching trip.

• Unwind with a cacao ceremony with breathwork & sound journey at Osa clandestina’s jungle yoga shala.

• Rest easy knowing group transportation is provided to and from the airport in Puerto Jimenez and during the retreat, no need to get in a car ever once you’ve arrived at the lodge. Everything is walkable.

• Extend two days with us to integrate and receive private sessions with Angie or Tamara, and let yourself marinate a little longer in all the Osa has to offer. Be warned, you may want to quit your day job, and never leave.

• Food & Drink: 3 x meals a day will be provided + fruit and juices

• Cacao Ceremony: 1 x cacao ceremony with Easy Breathwork, and sound journey

• Gulfo Dulce Boat Ride 1 x whale and dolphin watching boat trip will be provided

• Massage: 1 x 60min Massage with a local expert practitoner

• 2 Nights accommodation at Osa Clandestina in a private or shared room

• Classes: 2 classes per day

• Food & Drink: 3 x melas a day + fruit and juices

• Private session: 1 x 45min Tune up with Tamara or Tarot with Angie

• Airport Transfers: Your Airport transfer to and from Puerto Jimenez Airport will be provided. Please reach out before booking flights.

What’s not included Aug 19 - 21

• Alcohol: Alcohol is available for an extra cost to you
