In this session, we’ll explore: Easy Breathwork practices Activating ceremonial cacao (“hot chocolate for the heart”) Emotional and somatic release techniques Guided meditation and sound healing Hands-on somatic and energy facilitation

Tamara Edwards is a trauma-informed, heart-led facilitator, ceremonialist, founder of Easy Breathwork, and creator of Mother Cacao. She leads transformational journeys, trainings and retreats worldwide, guiding individuals and groups through breathwork, meditation, somatic healing, sound, movement, and plant allies such as Cacao, to return home to their hearts. Rooted in years of study, practice and mentorship in ancient healing traditions, her work integrates science, spirit, and embodiment. Based in Marin, California, Tamara offers private and group work that invites deep connection, release, and renewal.

Tamara has worked with organizations such as Grounded, Esalen, Beond, Converse and more.
